REGISTRATION HOURS

  • Wednesday, July 24th (Early Registration): 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, July 25th (Industry Day): 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday, July 26 (GA Day 1): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • ***Please pick up your Whale Pass prior to Whale Night!
  • Saturday, July 27 (GA Day 2): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

WHALE FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

  • Whales may take advantage of provided food and beverage at The Deep Backstage VIP Lounge
    • Whale Food and Beverage will be available Thursday 7/25 - Saturday 7/27
      • Daily Breakfast and Lunch will be served
        • Breakfast: 8:30am - 10:30am
        • Morning Snacks: 10:30am - 12:00pm
        • Lunch: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
        • Afternoon Snacks: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
        • Coffee stations will be provided inside The Deep Backstage as well with specialty coffee options
        • Open Bar will also be available inside The Deep Backstage
  • Note: Food outside of these areas are NOT included in the Whale Pass, so be sure you are dining within The Deep Backstage area to take advantage of food and beverage included with your Whale Pass.
    • We are also NOT able to provide to-go containers at the Deep Backstage food areas.
